Fall definitely felt like it was here when we went out to photograph Connor one September morning. There was a chill in the air for sure!  

I’m starting to feel a twinge of fall in the air …. if not completely Fall like, it’s definitely feeling like the end of summer!  

Wanted to share a few photos with my fellow party-goers.  Hadn’t really planning on taking a lot of photos that day but the kids were having a great time and couldn’t help myself :) Love the little guy with the blue eyes – man he is going to be a heart breaker some day!  

These were from last month ….. boy am I behind on my editing! While my son was having baseball practice, I took a walk in the pasture with the horses.  The only hard part was getting the horses to stop following me so close!

We took a tour of some local water gardens put on by the Springfield Watergarden Society.  It was a three stop tour – all North of Springfield so practically in our backyard. It always amazes me what I drive by all the time and don’t know it’s there.  

I love photographing caterpillars and butterflies but not so loving them eating my garden bounty.  So this one was photographed and then he had to take a hike!  

It’s so fun to walk into our garden and find things to photograph – love the shapes and patterns and finding these things right there at our feet.

Didn’t get to spend much time at the Civil War Days at Hulston Mill but at least got to see about 45 minutes and some canons firing – wow, that was loud!
